Fitness assessment

Clients will receive a full assessment of their body's physical functions to assess any strengths, weaknesses or imbalances they may have. On top of this clients will go over past medical history and history of exercise to assess what the best route of fitness would be to accomplish their goals.

Semi Private training

  • 2-5 clients per session
  • Sessions last 35-50 min depending on needs

  • Clients will receive coaching while following a custom training program tailored towards their goals and needs

    Private 1 on 1 training

  • 1 person per session
  • Sessions last 45-50 min depending on needs

  • Clients will receive private 1 on 1 coaching while following a custom training program tailored towards their goals and needs.

    1 on 1 Stretch session

    For clients who want to improve their flexibility and mobility. 30 min session with stretch practitioner.
